At SunDance employees are both encouraged and challenged to advocate for our residents. They take pride in our proactive approach to resident centered care and are continuously encouraged to carry out exceptional care and service.

We are delighted to announce the formation of the SunDance Employee Advisory Council. The EAC will take a refreshed approach to addressing company initiatives and challenges and will focus on committee specific topics. Committee titles for the 2012-2014 EAC will be:

1)      Products & Programs

2)      Technology

3)      TPM/DOR Development & Support.

Julie Arnold, VP of Recruitment and John Leary, Director of Program and Service Development are looking forward to supporting and mentoring the SunDance Employee Advisory Council.
