We continuously monitor documentation and compliance through audits of patient treatment, billing and coding. The Write It Right program ensures that SunDance therapists are well trained in Medicare standards for documenting medical necessity, and our Write It Now initiative encourages each clinician to document services as they are delivered, ensuring more detail and accuracy in the record. Quarterly monitoring of documentation and services in each center is completed with the SunDance TEAM Appraisal, a process that provides our teams with a roadmap for constantly improving their services. The SunDance commitment to our customers extends to direct support and training on denials management as well as ongoing consultation about regulatory questions.
